1. Introduction & Scope of Application

GuardianGlow(Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) develops:

GG Light mobile App: iOS App Store / Android Google Play

GG Light is a dedicated App for GM-100 portable photometric hardware via Bluetooth, core functions: Bluetooth pairing, spectral measurement, local report generation, photo attachment, audio recording.

(2) Policy Applicability

This single Privacy Policy covers all our digital products: official website web service + all mobile versions of GG Light (iOS / Android). Separate sub-clauses distinguish data collection behaviors unique to each platform.

This policy complies with Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play Developer Policies.

(3) Core Basic Principle

GG Light mobile App needs no account for core measurement; location permission is only used locally for Bluetooth pairing, no location data uploaded，no mandatory personal identifiable information (PII) to unlock measuring functions. Data is stored locally; no data is collected.

No advertisement, user portrait, interest tracking or commercial push modules embedded in any platform.

(4) Consent Rule

Website users: By browsing our official website, you consent to data processing described in this Policy.

Mobile App users: By downloading, installing and opening GG Light, you fully accept this Policy.

If you disagree with any clause, please stop browsing the website or uninstall the App immediately.

2. Information We Collect (Split by Platform)

(1) Data collected on Official Website (Web Only)

Website access logs: IP address, browser type, device model, access time, page browsing records, stay duration, exit page.

Cookie & pixel tag data: Necessary functional cookies only, no advertising tracking cookies.

Voluntarily submitted data: Name, company, email, phone left via consultation form / demo application form.

Abandoned form records (anonymous, no full personal data stored).

Retention: Form data reserved until user requests deletion.

(2) Crash Report

Anonymous crash logs are collected across all platforms to diagnose bugs and optimize app stability; no personally identifiable information is included. You may disable crash reporting in App settings.

(3) iOS Exclusive Data & Permission Rules

Permissions only activated with explicit user authorization: Camera / Photo Library (only for attaching photos to measurement reports).

iOS Sandbox restriction: App cannot fully scan system album; only manually selected pictures can be imported. Rejecting photo permission does not affect core measuring functions.

Tracking Identifier Statement: GG Light does NOT request, read or upload IDFA (Advertising Identifier). No ATT tracking pop-up triggered, no cross-app tracking.

No background audio recording, no background camera capture.

(4) Android Exclusive Data & Permission Rules

Authorized permissions: Camera / Local File Storage (for saving measurement reports and photos).

Android file access is restricted to files manually selected by users; automatic full disk scanning is permanently disabled.

GAID Statement: We do not collect or utilize the Android Advertising ID for advertising delivery, user profiling, or cross-application tracking.

3. How We Use All Collected Information

(1) Deliver core service functions

Website: Provide product introduction, solution display, online consultation, demo application entry.

Mobile App: Complete Bluetooth pairing with GM-100, real-time photometric calculation, local report generation, photo attachment, parameter storage.

(2) Compatibility & stability optimization

Analyze anonymous logs to fix crashes, optimize Bluetooth anti-interference performance, adapt to various iOS/Android system versions and hardware models.

(3) User consultation & business follow-up

Only use voluntarily submitted website form information to reply to user inquiries, send product technical materials at user’s request. No unsolicited marketing SMS/emails.

(4) Legal compliance & dispute resolution

Retain necessary anonymous records to respond to legal official inquiries and resolve user service disputes.

New usage scenarios: If we plan to reuse data for unstated purposes in the future, separate user consent will be obtained in advance.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell, rent or trade user data for commercial advertising on any platform. Sharing only applies to the following limited scenarios:

(1) Qualified third-party technical service providers

Cloud server vendors, log analysis service providers. All sign data confidentiality agreements, only process encrypted/anonymous data without identifiable user information.

(2) Mandatory legal disclosure

Disclose data when receiving valid court summons, regulatory investigation orders to fulfill legal obligations or protect public/user safety.

(3) Corporate asset transfer

In case of merger, acquisition or product line transfer, user data will be transferred as business assets; users will be notified via website for major transfers.

(4) Anonymous aggregated statistical data

De-identified industry measurement statistics may be shared with lighting research institutions, which cannot trace back to any individual user or device.

(5) Voluntary explicit user authorization

We will never share users’ personal data and measurement data unless users provide explicit affirmative consent through our official website or other standalone dedicated channels.

5. Local Storage & Tracking Technology Statement

(1) Website Cookie Rules (Web Exclusive)

Only Strictly Necessary Functional Cookies are used, no advertising/targeting cookies.

Functional cookies are only used to remember browsing language and page preference, will not track user behavior for commercial promotion.

Users can clear browser cookies or disable cookie functions at any time; partial website page functions may be affected after disabling.

No web pixels, third-party tracking scripts embedded on official website.

(2) Mobile App Local Storage Mechanism

All measurement data, photos and hardware binding records are stored in device local sandbox by default. Users can clear App cache/data in system settings at any time.

(3) Tracking Identifier Full Statement

iOS: No collection of IDFA, no cross-app tracking.

Android: No collection of GAID for advertising purposes.

No third-party advertising, attribution or user portrait SDK integrated in any App version. No hidden background data upload when App is minimized.

6. Your Universal Privacy Rights (Applicable to All Platforms)

All website visitors and App users enjoy the following rights under Apple/Google developer rules, without discrimination:

App: Clear local measurement data, photos and bound hardware records inside App at any time.

Website: Request permanent deletion of consultation form information submitted by you.

Revoke camera/storage/Bluetooth permissions via device system settings; disable browser cookies to withdraw website tracking consent. Revoking consent will not block core App measuring functions or basic website browsing.

(4)Right to Data Portability

Request cloud measurement records exported as Excel/PDF and sent to your designated mailbox.

(5)Right to Lodge Complaints

Submit privacy inquiries and complaints via dedicated privacy email, reply within 10 working days.

7. Supplementary Privacy Clauses

(1) Third-party Links

Website and App report templates may contain external industry document links. This Policy only applies to our website and GG App; third-party platforms follow their own privacy notices, we bear no responsibility for their data processing.

(2) Minor Protection

GG Light and our official website target professional adult users (18+ lighting designers, factory QC engineers). We do not intentionally collect minors’ personal data. If minor data is stored without guardian consent, contact us for immediate full deletion.

(3) No Advertising Commitment

No in-app ads, pop-up promotions, marketing push notifications on any mobile version; website has no commercial advertisement placement. We will not send marketing SMS/emails based on your measurement or consultation data.

8. Policy Revision Rule

We reserve the right to update this Policy to adapt function iteration, technical adjustment and updated regulatory requirements. Major changes will be notified via website homepage. Continued use of website/App after update constitutes your acceptance of revised clauses.
